Depression poll

My knowledge of depression is sketchy. It’s an emotive subject. It’s also a very personal one, and like UC, people are often afraid or too embarrassed to talk about it. Dealing with a long term chronic illness isn’t easy and according to doctors serious medical conditions like UC can contribute to depression. So this poll is about how UC affects us mentally.
