6.35am Loose stool, blood mucus
11.25am Loose stool
1pm Loose stool
4.30pm Loose stool
9.10pm Loose stool

Medication:
6 x Mesalazine 400mg
3 x Ferrous Sulphate 200mg
2 x Calcium Carb 1.25g
