6.15am Loose stool, slight blood mucus
1.30pm Loose to firmish stool
9.35pm Loose stool


Medication:
6 x Mesalazine 400mg
5 x Prednisolone 5mg
3 x Ferrous Sulphate 200mg
2 x Calcium Carb 1.25g
